What you can anticipate: -Collection of a comprehensive medical history, medications & supplements -Extensive wellness education -Setting personalized goals you wish to achieve -Tailored exercises for HEP program -Nutrition Strategies as appropriate -Lymphedema & Lipedema clients will receive Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) -Easy access to information provided along with additional reliable resources to obtain appropriate therapy treatments items. *Please ensure you are wearing the proper clothing for consultation, and you're well hydrated from the day before. **Magothy Therapy & Wellness is in-network with Medicare and will submit claims upon your behalf. ***All Secondary insurances are out-of-network however a SUPERBILL will be provided for self-claim submission for reimbursement. If requested, the claim can be submitted for you on behalf of Magothy Therapy & Wellness.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that this package is non-refundable due to the special discounted price. If you are unable to attend the appointment, you can reschedule it for another day. To change or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs in advance. This will aid with maximizing the opportunity for you to reschedule and/or allow another client ample time to schedule an appointment. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you no-show or cancel your session within the hour, you will be charged the full price of the session you have scheduled. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
