Service Description
*Available to clients after having a one-on-one evaluation. * These sessions will be scheduled at time of evaluation. One-on-one individualized session lasting approximately 60 minutes. *Please ensure you are wearing the proper clothing for your session and as always make sure you're well hydrated from the day before! **Magothy Therapy & Wellness is IN-NETWORK with MEDICARE. Claims will be submitted for you. ***All SECONDARY INSURANCES are OUT-OF-NETWORK however a SUPERBILL will be provided for self-claim submission for reimbursement if you reside within Maryland.
Cancellation Policy
To change or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24hrs in advance. This will aid with maximizing opportunity for you to reschedule and/or allow another client ample time to schedule an appointment. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you no show or cancel your session within the hour, you will be charged the full price of the session you have scheduled. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
